  • Foray Fee:
  • The fee of $80 per person covers Foray activities and 7 meals (Friday breakfast through Sunday breakfast).

    Lodging Details:

  • Two blocks of rooms are reserved for NM Mycological Society members at special rates.
  • The Hotel Rooms are $59/night, and Suites are $75.
  • A bonus for booking either type of room is that Foray participants pay for 2 nights and get the 3rd night without charge.
  • To secure a room at these special rates, call before July 26 and identify yourself as a NM Mycological Society member.

  • Notes:
  • Hotel rooms have 2 queen beds, full bath, but no kitchen (i.e. no fridge & no coffee pot).
  • Suites have 2 queen beds, full bath, living room, and kitchenette (with fridge).
  • There are 16 hotel rooms and 8 suites. If these are all reserved, there are other accommodations available at a discounted rate. For more information contact the Foray Chair or visit www.sipapu.com .
  • For the Frugal Forayer, Sipapu also has campsites for $9/night and RV sites for $19.
  • There is no phone service at Sipapu, and Cellular signals are absent or weak.

  • Foray Ckeck-in will be on Thursday, Aug 26, tentatively beginning at 5 pm
  • Participants are responsible for their own meals on Thursday. The Restaurant at Sipapu will be open until 8pm.
